Website use
This site provides general information about Apex Tree Service, tree-service considerations, service areas, emergency precautions, and ways to contact Apex. You may use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, misuse forms, or violate another person's rights.
Site content is general information, not a substitute for an on-site assessment, emergency response, utility guidance, engineering advice, insurance advice, or other professional advice for a specific property.
Requests, appointments, and estimates
Submitting a contact form, choosing an available appointment window, sending a photo, calling, or receiving an automated confirmation starts a request process. It does not guarantee service availability, response time, acceptance of a job, a particular recommendation, price, insurance outcome, or completion date.
Any estimate or proposed scope may depend on inspection, access, tree and site conditions, utilities, permits, equipment fit, weather, material handling, and other property-specific factors. Apex may decline or reschedule a request when conditions, safety, availability, or operating fit require it.
Separate service agreements control the work
Actual tree work is governed by the estimate, work order, contract, authorization, or other service agreement accepted for that job. That separate signed or otherwise accepted agreement controls the scope, exclusions, price, payment, schedule, change orders, cancellation terms, warranties if any, and other job-specific terms. If these website terms conflict with an accepted service agreement, the service agreement controls the actual work.
Emergency limitations
The website is not an emergency dispatch system and online forms are not continuously monitored. Do not rely on a form, appointment request, email, or website message for an active hazard or immediate response.
Keep away from fallen or unstable trees, hanging limbs, damaged structures, and downed or nearby power lines. If anyone is in danger, call 911. For electrical hazards, contact the electric utility. When you are in a safe location, use the emergency tree service page and call Apex at 470-594-2284. Storm conditions, access, call volume, and crew safety can affect response timing.
Your submissions and property photos
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information, messages, and files you submit. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share, unnecessary sensitive information, or images of people where you lack appropriate permission.
You keep ownership of your submissions. You give Apex and providers working for Apex a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, review, and use them only as reasonably needed to respond to your request, evaluate and plan potential services, maintain relevant records, secure the systems, and provide the requested workflow. This license ends when the information is no longer reasonably needed, subject to backup, legal, and recordkeeping requirements.
Calls, email, and SMS
When you provide contact information and consent, you authorize Apex and providers acting for Apex to contact you about the request or appointment by call, email, or text. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to an Apex text message to opt out of further texts from that messaging stream.
You are responsible for providing contact information you are authorized to use and for updating it if it changes. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed, and an automated message does not guarantee that a person has reviewed or accepted your request.
Intellectual property
Site content may be protected by intellectual-property laws. Rights in site content remain with their respective owners. You may view and use the site for your personal, noncommercial use in evaluating Apex services. Permission is required where applicable before you reproduce, publish, sell, scrape, modify, or create derivative uses of site content, except as allowed by law.
Third-party links and services
The site may link to maps, reviews, utilities, insurers, social platforms, or other third-party sites and may rely on third-party technology. Those services are controlled by their operators and have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not make Apex responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the website and its general information are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Apex does not warrant that the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, current, or suitable for every property or situation. Nothing on the site is a promise that a particular service, result, timing, or insurance outcome is available.
Reasonable limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Apex is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, this informational website or from reliance on general site content. These website terms do not limit liability that cannot legally be limited, and they do not replace or expand the liability terms in a separate service agreement governing actual work.
Responsibility for unlawful misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for and indemnify Apex against claims, losses, or reasonable costs directly resulting from your unlawful misuse of the site or submissions you had no right to provide. This clause does not apply to lawful site use or expand responsibility beyond those acts.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any court proceeding concerning these website terms must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction and venue in Georgia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes and severability
We may update these terms by posting a revised version at this URL with an updated date. The terms in effect when you use the site apply to that use. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
