Website and customer information

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Apex Tree Service handles information connected with this website, service inquiries, and estimate appointments.

Last updated: August 20, 2026

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide when you contact Apex, request services, or request an estimate appointment. This may include:

  • your name, email address, and mobile phone number;
  • the property address, city, state, and ZIP code;
  • the service requested, tree or property details, access conditions, and preferred appointment time;
  • an optional property photo you upload; and
  • your communication and consent selections.

The website may also receive limited technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, campaign parameters, and basic server or analytics logs. Cookies or similar technologies may support site operation, measurement, and attribution where enabled.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate whether a requested service may fit, schedule and manage estimate appointments, prepare for property-specific conversations, provide requested communications, operate and improve the website, understand site performance, protect the site and our systems, and comply with applicable obligations.

An online request or appointment submission helps begin the process. It does not by itself create a service agreement or determine the final scope of work.

Calls, email, and SMS

If you provide contact details and consent to communications, Apex and providers acting for Apex may call, email, or text you about your request, appointment, or related service follow-up. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with your request.

You may reply STOP to an Apex text message to opt out of further texts from that messaging stream. You may also tell us you no longer want nonessential email or call follow-up. Opting out of one channel does not prevent communications reasonably needed to address an active request through another channel you have provided.

Service providers and other sharing

We may make information available to service providers that help operate the website and requested customer workflows, such as hosting, customer relationship management, appointment scheduling, communications, file storage, security, and analytics providers. They receive information for the services they perform for Apex.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect rights, safety, property, or site integrity, investigate misuse, or support a business transition. This policy does not make claims about practices that are not described here or about systems outside Apex's control.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the request, appointment, customer relationship, operational records, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security purposes. Retention periods can vary by the type of information and why it was collected.

No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not submit information that is not needed for your request.

Your choices

You may choose not to provide optional information, including a property photo. Some required contact and property details are needed to process an online appointment request; you can instead call 470-594-2284 to discuss other ways to begin.

You may ask to review, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to reasonable verification and records we need to retain. Browser controls may also let you limit cookies, although doing so can affect site functions.

Children's privacy

This website and Apex's services are directed to adults seeking property services, not children under 13. We do not intentionally invite children under 13 to submit personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided information should contact us so we can review the request.

United States and Georgia context

Apex serves customers in Georgia, and website and customer information may be processed and stored in the United States. If you access the site from another location, your information may be transferred to and handled in the United States.

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy as the website, customer workflows, or applicable requirements change. The revised policy will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Your continued use of the site after an update is subject to the posted policy.

Privacy questions or requests

For a privacy question or request, use the site contact page or call 470-594-2284. Please describe the request and the contact information you used so we can reasonably verify and respond to it.
